About Meghan R. Shotwell, MSHS, PA-C
Meghan is a native East Tennessean who attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Anthropology and was a member of the Chancellor's Honors Program.
She worked as a phlebotomist and medical assistant for three years before attending Anne Arundel Community College and the University of Maryland, Baltimore for her Physician Assistant and Master of Science degrees. She has been a practicing Physician Assistant in Urology since 2016, specializing in the treatment of chronic urinary tract infections, chronic interstitial cystitis, and female pelvic health.
She also treats a variety of general and oncologic urological conditions such as kidney stones, low testosterone, and prostate, testicular, bladder, and kidney cancers. Meghan and her husband have three children and enjoy traveling, coaching their son's baseball team, UT sports, and spending time with friends and family.
